Build a better carrot team

 

A dream carrot is like the vision orb dream you are walking after, like the horse following a carrot on a stick. 

 

Make sure your team consists of carrot builders. Those who support your dream and help you fulfill it. These are your cheerleaders when you need encouragement, your mastermind group when you are short on ideas, and your accountability partners when to help you stay on task.

 

Those are the people to have in your corner. But beware of the carrot killers.

The ones who only say they want to “help” by giving you advice like, “you might as well stop because that’s not going to work.” Or questions like, “why are you doing that, why won’t you stop trying to be better than everyone else?

 

The carrot killers usually want to help you, but cannot see your vision the way you do. So to play it safe, they do not take the risks you take. And some killers cannot stand the fact that you idea has merit.

 

Follow your carrot. But always surround yourself with people who will get you to it faster than you doing it on your own.
