At Ignite Your Purpose we do not come from a place of the that 'Judge me Not' point of view, or 'judgement,' we come from the compassion point of view. What Does that mean?

It mean's we need to call out the elephant in room, not sweep it under the rug and "pretend" that everything is perfect, this is NOT SOCIAL MEDIA where everyone claim's life is phucking perfect. This is real life and health is the most important thing we can take care of. But to pretend or simply turn a blind eye to our own issues is a massive dis service to ourselves. To be better we first need to admit that we need to get better...humility beautiful people...that is the whole reason we started this journey, because we have been in those dark place's and we admitted we were there and made changes daily....and we can all do that~ We just need to admit it first without judgement and move forward to betterment and empowerment
