Kai kauniečio Edvardo mama paskambino verkdama, jis žinojo, kad viskas nebebus taip pat. Jo patėvis pirmą kartą prieš mamą pakėlė ranką. Praėjus 15-ai metų, Edvardas pirmą kartą viešai prisimena tą dieną ir analizuoja savo veiksmus. Tada jam pavyko apginti mamą, bet kaip, nemačius pavyzdžio, sukurti laimingą šeimą pačiam? Daugelis smurto namuose istorijų pasilieka namuose. Siekiant kad jų mažėtų, Edvardas tiki, reikia apie jas kalbėtis.
