Journalist Eamonn Torsney talks to the Sinn Fein MEP Matt Carthy about his criticisms of the Taoiseach Leo Varadkar for suggesting that Brexit could delay the rollout of broadband in rural areas.
Mr Varadkar recently warned that a Brexit bailout could impact on public finances and the government’s capacity to pay for the provision of rural broadband services.
Matt Carthy says such excuses shouldn’t be tolerated.
