Boring is KING 👑
Consistency is the hallmark of any successful transformation. The problem is, in our microwave society, consistency has a life-span of 2-3 months. After that, it's common to see most "dieters" enter a period of priority-reversal. Priorities shift. Discipline is out the window. And many end up where they started (or worse).
To be different you must train different, think different, behave different. Doing the boring uncommonly well.
