Can Gringos and Expats be truly happy in Latin America? (as the locals appear to be). Could be that’s not the right question. The so-called “pursuit of happiness” goal should really be changed to “the pursuit of "contentment". Why? Because true happiness is so fleeting, while real contentment feels quite good, is eminently achievable, and can last a long long time..
