Has there ever been a time that you felt uncomfortable in your body? Most of us have experienced that feeling in one way or another.
What did you do about it? Society often sends the message that if we were just a little (or a lot) skinnier, we would feel more confident. Why is that? Because we've learned to tie our worth into the size of our bodies.
I'm not anti-weight loss, and I'm definitely pro health, but confidence comes from a much deeper place than our outside appearance.
You may gain temporary confidence as a result of becoming smaller. But that confidence is fleeting, because it relies on a number or size, and let's be real...weight fluctuates all the time.
So what's the solution? To work on building a deep inner confidence that stays regardless of how you appear on the outside, which is what we'll be covering in this episode.
