I used to jump from diet to cleanse, to meal plan...you name it, I probably tried it.
But all of them failed me. Notice how I don't say "I failed"?? There's a reason most people can't stick to even the "gentle" meal plans. We're human beings filled with emotion, preferences, hunger, and so many other things that make it almost impossible to eat exactly how someone else has mapped out for us.
