Dems Fight Over Abortion, A Response | The Mark Harrington Show | 6-27-19

 

During the Democratic Presidential debate, the Dems fought over who is more pro-abortion demonstrating a kind of one-upmanship among the candidates.  

In this episode of The Mark Harrington Show, Mark responds to each of the candidate’s pro-abortion talking points. Especially the comments of Julian Castro, who said that “trans-females” should have the right to tax-funded abortions.  Say what? 

To say the Democratic Presidential field is crowded is an understatement. Apparently, most Americans don’t even know who half of the candidates are.  On the light side, during the debate I kept thinking that maybe the debate selection committee simply grabbed random people from the audience to debate. In fact, the stage was so full I expected Bill DeBlasio to fall off the left side at one point.  Maybe rather than a debate the candidates should all arm wrestle to see who wins the nomination. It would be simpler and may not change the outcome since they are all so bad.

Honestly, each candidate went so far to the extreme I wonder if we will soon hear that “reproductive freedom” should include the right to kill a toddler using our tax dollars!

The truth is, the Democrat candidates for president are so far left on every issue I can understand why many pundits think Donald Trump is a shoo-in for 2020.
