South Africa is one of the world’s newest democracy with a majority Black population that escaped horrible racial oppression and domination in 1994. For the past twelve years, delegations of NCCU law students, faculty members, alums and supporters have traveled to South Africa during Spring Break to learn about that country’s racial history and how it is responding to the challenges of democracy.
