The Arizona Coyotes are putting winning ahead of a new stadium and it may just pay off. Jacob Trouba was traded to the Rangers, however still has not signed the young defenseman. What is taking so long? The Islanders set a pretty high mark with their playoff run last season, but can they meet the lofty expectations that come with such a finish? Don Sweeney, GM of the Boston Bruins has drawn a line in the sand stating that he is targeting December 1st when it comes to Brandon Carlo and Charlie McAvoy.
