Well, it's obvious that we don't use them in basketball, football or hockey...
We use them in the game of tennis.
I have had the fortunate experience of working with some of the great tennis players of our time as a Mental Toughness Trainer ... players like; Monica Seles, Jim Courier, and Pete Sampras. All outstanding pro's!
