On today’s podcast we chat to special guest Themis Chryssidis who is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Accredited Nutritionist, Sports Dietitian, Personal Trainer and co-founder of Sprout – a cooking school and health studio in Adelaide, Australia. Themis also has a bachelor of psychology so his approach with his clients is more of a motivational interviewing style with a strong focus on practical and everyday advice for his clients.
