Whatever day you’re on, however many times you’ve tested your limits and boundaries around alcohol, be proud of yourself for dusting yourself off and starting again, read another book, dig a little deeper and work the hardest at forgiving yourself, making yourself your own best friend because one day alcohol won’t be something you miss or want it will be something you won’t want anywhere near your precious self.
