Christina DeLosAngeles is a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate at Life Practice Counseling Group in Stockton, California. She works with individuals and couples in therapy to build strong relationships, deepen connection with themselves as well as others to live a more vibrant and free life.
She speaks to Jake about her journey through life, her challenges and victories. She runs her own blog and podcast whilst working on her career as a therapist and raising a family. The conversation dives deep into growth, courage and self-development.
