Launching New Voices is a program from the non-profit Women in Agile. This program lowers the barrier of entry into conferences by providing new speakers with the mentoring and support needed for getting noticed and selected. The goal is to inject new ideas and diversity into the Agile conference circuit.  

Jenny Tarwater, an agile collaboration coach and Director for the Launching New Voices program, tells us about what is involved in growing the next generation of conference speakers.
