How to Negotiate in Real Estate. This weeks episode goes over negotiation. Negotiation is a big deal in real estate and is one of the duties we have to our clients. I will go over negotiations and how to communicate with the other party to accomplish a win/win situation and get the deal done. There are many different ways we communicate today but always in negotiation you should use spoken word over written word. Call the other party so that you can tell by tonality how the negotiation is being received. Also on this podcast I go over the strengths and weaknesses when negotiating so that your not strong-arming the other side, yet not looking weak on yours.
