The three dive into what it takes to become a strong cybersecurity talent and what to look for when you are trying to hire the right person. They talk about how the industry is constantly changing and how it can sometimes be hard to find the right person as there is no “one size fits all” employee or expert for such an evolving role. They define what they think makes to right candidate for the job, including having qualities like strong networking skills, are forward-thinking, and vocal/willing to step out and be leaders.
