How to be gentle with yourself in times of knowing we need to change or be better. Not an easy thing. For myself personally and how my training was taught to me was very old school very strict and very authentic.
So I took that same mentality into the changes I implemented into my lifestyle. Now something we talk about all the time here is our mental state. So for me being so rigid, so discipline, so hard and focused on exactly to a T what it was I wanted to eat, when, how much and so on and on. I mean that also is a form of stress and an actual hindering to improvement if you don’t have the right mindset.
So for those who follow and are on this journey of starting to be your best self, I say this. One major issue I have taken into practice now compared to my start is to flow a little more. Stop being so rigid, it’s not only tough on ourselves but I can only image that it may not be that fun to be around for those whom we share our life with.
And for myself someone who wants to implement change for myself and others around that starts with happy good vibes not strict cold calculated robotic moves. The entire point of life (which when I started I think I completely forgot about was is to enjoy) Yes to enjoy your life, the people around you and all the blessings in each of our lives. To spread love and joy to others around us, not to be a bump on a log that no one wants to be around.
So again there are things we each must be dedicated to but also remember the phrase "when in Rome"
