William Wagner, Distinguished Professor Emeritus, Former federal judge, Former federal prosecutor. Impeachment Inquiry the dems and the rights of the President -
Wagner says - The constitution does two things: First it provides for the impeachment process. Second it provides that each house of Congress makes its own rules. The house has chosen to make and apply unfair, secret, non-transparent process that offends fair process... So much so that Even if there is something legitimate out there somewhere, it will never stick as Legitimate because the Democrats have abused their power so badly. Because the Democrats have abused their power, the president has been given no rights in their process... He has his own power though and is using it brilliantly... Using the bully pulpit to unite the base and to inspire gop members of Congress to stand up and fight. The Senate also makes its own rules... And based on what we are seeing today, they are Courageously responding to the abuse of power in the house as well.
