Everything You Wanted to Know About Home Inspections with Michael Schmidt of HouseMaster

Michael Schmidt is the Area Director and Chief Inspector for HouseMaster Home Inspections of Toronto.  He is a NIBI Certified Inspector (National Institute of Building Inspectors) and a Member of the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors.  Michael is Level I Certified (Infrared) Thermographer, and he is trained as a Types I and II Asbestos Worker.

HouseMaster is a well-respected name in the home inspection business. Established in 1979, HouseMaster has collectively performed over 3 million home inspections across North America, and they have been active in the Greater Toronto Area for more than 20 years.
