Kelsey returns to talk rauchbiers with Steve and Adam. What are rauchbiers? Beers made with smoked malts for a smokey flavor. But first they talk about First Sip Brew Box's Veteran's Day collaboration, Fargo Brewing puts dogs in need on their cans, PA Wal-Mart's get beer, and the American Keg company goes up against China. Then they get into the history of the Schlenkerla brewery as well as the history of rauchbiers. Plus they learn what the Ark of Tastes is. Finally Steve and Kelsey face off in a game of Is It a Beer?
