Episode 322: NFL Draft Report: Week13

Paul starts the show discussing the latest College Football Playoff Rankings and shares his thoughts on Ohio State leapfrogging LSU and who he thinks will end up as the four teams in the playoffs when the dust settles in two weeks.

 Next, Paul delivers the NFL Draft Report for Week 13 of the College Football season. He starts out discussing many of the top quarterback prospects including Joe Burrow, Justin Herbert, Jake Fromm, Jordan Love and Jacob Eason. He discusses how Herbert’s value seems to have lowered but why he still thinks he will end up in the top 10. Next he goes through some running backs, wide receivers and tight ends that stood out this past weekend. Some of the players discussed included JK Dobbins, D’Andre Swift, Jonathan Taylor, Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Eno Benjamin, Zack Moss, KJ Hill, Tyler Johnson, Chase Claypool, Michael Pittman Jr., Brandon Aiyuk, Cole Kmet and Hunter Bryant.

In the next segment, the Devy Slant, Paul discusses some of the top underclassmen in the country from Week 13. Some of the prospects discussed include Rashod Bateman, Ja’Marr Chase, Amon-Ra St. Brown, Justin Fields, and Trevor Lawrence.

In the Tale of the Tape, Paul looks ahead to Week 14 of the college season at the prospects and matchups that have him most intrigued for the upcoming week. The matchups and prospects he will be watching closest this week include Iowa vs Nebraska, Clemson vs South Carolina, Wisconsin vs Minnesota, Florida vs FSU, Ohio State vs Michigan, Alabama vs Auburn, Texas A&M vs LSU, Oklahoma vs Oklahoma State.

In the final segment, Paul deliver the NFL Rookie Report for Week 12 of the NFL season. Some of the prospects discussed include Daniel Jones, Dwayne Haskins, Drew Lock, Benny Snell, Qadree Ollison, Devin Singletary, David Montgomery, TJ Hockenson, Deebo Samuel, Marquise Brown, Terry McLaurin, Jakobi Meyers, AJ Brown, Kelvin Harmon and N’Keal Harry.
