Three— In the first eight days of legal weed sales, $1.6 million of recreational marijuana was sold at the five retail shops open around the state. And three of those shops either sold out or had limited supplies of cannabis products. I guess some people are getting Christmas shopping out of the way early.
Two— Some of the students who protested former U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions' speech at Northwestern University in Illinois last month will receive citations including fines for trying to get in the way of police, university officials announced Sunday. Going to show there are, in fact, consequences for actions on college campuses.
And number one— The Justice Department's internal watchdog found the surveillance of a former Trump campaign adviser was riddled with errors, raising questions about its justification. The report identified 17 separate inaccuracies across three surveillance applications, effectively inflating the justification for monitoring former foreign policy adviser Carter Page starting in the fall of 2016.
