Lara Rae is a 25 year stand up comedy veteran and comedy writer. She was involved with the creation of Little Mosque on the Prairie and spent 18 years as Artistic Director of the Winnipeg Comedy Festival. She now runs a food insecurity reduction organization called Pantry.

Michelle Budiwski (Budooski) it's a social activist, author motivational speaker living in rural Manitoba just outside of Brandon with her husband and four children. Michelle hosts the KEEPING IT REAL podcast on FU_Politics.
