Another year is swiftly coming to an end, and for many of us that means a time of both reflection as well as projection. While we look at our past and consider what we’ve accomplished, we also look to a future of uncertainty and challenges.

How you see your future, however, will determine what you will get out of it. If you expect the same, you’ll achieve the same. If you expect newer, better, broader, that is what you will attain.

All of that said, how does one frame a future on a foundation of hope? Are we really able to reframe our hearts and minds to see the possibilities and opportunities before us?
