Tommy Trucks stopped by the Cloffice today and we had a candid conversation about his family business, raising kids, "snowflakes," overcoming adversity, and driving a culture of customer service.  Tommy is the CEO and Founder of Signmaster.com, one of the leading middle market wholesale sign printers in the country.  He is high-tech, high-energy, and has big ideas for some future projects, including a podcast that will launch later this year.
