Orin Swift Blank Stare 2018_– Sauvignon Blanc  30% Barrel-fermented in French oak, 55% New Oak 70% Fermented in stainless steel tanks – 15.5 % ABV– 3 SIPS

 

Orin Swift Mannequin 2017 – Chardonnay Aged in 35% new French oak sur lie for 8 months, 15% ABV – 3 SIPS

 

Orin Swift 8 Years in the Desert 2018– Blend of Zinfandel, Syrah, Petite Syrah, and Grenache, Aged for 8 months in French and American Oak, 37% New - 15.6% ABV –4 SIPS

 

Orin Swift Slander – 2018 - Pinot Noir -Aged for 10 months in French Oak, 42% new.  15.2% ABV. – 3 SIPS

 

Orin Swift Machete – 2017 – A blend of Petite Syrah, Syrah, Grenache, 12 months in French Oak, 38% new - 15.2% ABV– 4 SIPS

 

Orin Swift Palermo – 2017 - Cabernet Sauvignon , Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Aged for 12 months in French Oak, 38% new - 15.2% Alc/Vol – 4 SIPS

 

Bardstown Bourbon Company – The Prisoner Collaboration – 9 year old Tennessee Bourbon  – 100 Proof,

finished 18 months in The Prisoner, French Oak red wine barrels – 4 SIPS
