Jesus tells us in Matthew 25:35-40, that we are to take care of the poor. In verse 40 He says, "I assure you: Whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of Mine, you did for Me." We also believe in carrying out the Great Commission Jesus gives all of His followers in Matthew 28:18-20.
