My Dhamma talk and our sangha discussion on Tuesday March 3, 2020 introduces the seventh week of our 12-week Truth Of Happiness Dhamma Study. This week’s study is on the Anicca, Anatta, and Dukkha, the three defining characteristics of human existence.
“Be mindful of impermanence to end conceit. When impermanence is understood it is also understood that none of this is self. Understanding not-self uproots conceit, uproots I-making. When fully established release is complete…” (Truth Of Happiness Week Seven)
Each Dhamma class will have a Jhana meditation session followed by my Dhamma talk and Sangha discussion and conclude with an offering of Metta.
