More About David AcostaDavid Acosta started his career back in Texas in 2003 where he developed a successful Real Estate practice through personal production with sales over 600 units on a yearly basis that led him to create a strong admin team to handle operations; and built sales teams to support individual buyers, sellers, and New-Home builders and developers. Named Top Realtor in the nation by Real Trends; No. 1 agent nationwide in all categories for ERA Real Estate several years in a row; Keller Williams Top 100 Group and; NAHREP TOP 250 Latino Real Estate professionals. His expertise on traditional sales, New Homes, and Investors has allowed him to work with multiple Local, Regional & National Home Builders. Couple of years ago he expanded his operations from Texas to California to increase his reach tapping into the Luxury Market building Expansion Teams (KW). He speaks in multiple events throughout the country, which has broadened his insight in multiple markets and different brand models.
David is the 2019 Incoming President for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) where he has served at the Corporate Board of Governors and Board of Directors since 2015. An avid advocate for entrepreneurship, David often says in order to be successful, you have to be passionate, teachable and execute a plan; the key element in growing a business is finding, recruiting and developing better people than you and supporting them in reaching their goals. David lives in West L.A. with his wife Yara and daughters Allegra and Valentina; who are professional actors.

More About Michael ValdesMichael Valdes is the Senior Vice President of Global Servicing for Realogy Corporation. In that role he oversees the international servicing platform for all Realogy brands including Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA, Better Homes & Garden, Corcoran, Climb and Sotheby’s International Realty in 113 countries. He has been with Realogy in a variety of roles for the past 14 years. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Valdes was Director of Private Banking at Deutsche Bank for just under a decade where he oversaw a book of business of just under $1 billion. He has the distinction of being the first Director in the United States of Latino descent.
Mr. Valdes is the Chair of the AREAA Global Advisory Board and co-host of the 2020 AREAA Global Luxury Summit. He is also a current member of the NAHREP Corporate Board of Governors. Additonally, he is a member of the Realogy Diversity Board as well as the Executive Chair of the ONE VOZ, Hispanic ERG for the firm. He is a former Board Member of Mount Sinai Hospital in Miami Beach as well as the Shanti Organization in San Francisco. Michael was also a Board Member of Pink & Blue for 2, an organization started by Olivia Newton-John to promote breast and prostate cancer awareness. He currently resides in New York City and has a home in Miami.
