Savas profesionālās dienas Kaspars Silavs aizvada, strādājot IT jomā, bet brīvajā laikā iepriecina lielus un mazus ar savu aizraušanos, kas vīriešu vidū pie mums Latvijā it nemaz nav izplatīta. Kaspars jau vairāk nekā 20 gadus kaismīgi tamborē – pērn ap Ziemassvētkiem ne viens vien bērns sajūsmā ķērās vecākiem pie rokas, lai aizvestu pie tamborēto rotaļlietu un monstriņu stenda rokdarbu tirdziņā, cerībā tikt pie Kaspara darinājuma. Par to, kāpēc Kaspars tamborē un kā tapa "Monsterito", podkāstā "Ļauj viņai runāt!" sarunā iztaujāja "Delfi" žurnāliste Ketija Nuķe-Osīte.
