Welcome to episode #12 - Going To Your Edge: Overcoming Survival Emotions. Man, I could talk all day about this topic because we all deal with overcoming an “edge” daily. While recording this episode, I felt like I was talking directly to myself. Just a reminder that I need to hear all of this just as much as everyone else!
It’s important to clarify that going to and overcoming your edge (or any mountain in life) doesn’t excuse you from any future triggers, problems or challenging times. No, usually the opposite. The more we step into our true selves, the more we are able to handle with ease and grace.
Behind every mountain is another mountain. But that doesn’t mean that life has to be a constant struggle.
