It's time to change the outlook on positivity. Some perceive positivity to be unhealthy, fake and irresponsible, especially during times of crisis. I call BS on that, and say any degree of positivity you have in a time of crisis is your flashlight in the dark.

No emotions are bad and the positivity is on the same spectrum as the negative. Keep the line to positivity open and you'll be likely to reach your destination that much more quickly.
