Walking Through Glass: The Podcast is not about breaking through the "glass ceiling" it is about the struggle we face as women on our journey which I’ve coined "walking through glass".
Our conscious conversations are unscripted and real. They tell our stories and share how we do our best to navigate fear, anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, limited beliefs, negative self-talk and other BS (belief systems).

A confidence and persuasion expert, Nancy is best known for teaching professional women how to ask for and get what they want and deserve at work. She does this by sharing over 30 years of expertise in leading and training global sales teams how to exponentially increase their conversion rates bringing in millions of dollars of incremental revenue. As a result, the women who work with Nancy learn unique, tried-and -true persuasion techniques from a seasoned professional woman who knows what it takes to get and keep a seat at the table.
Her consulting and speaking engagements have taken her across the U.S. and Europe, creating and leading workshops around: The Persuasion Equation, Negotiations and Confidence, Creating a Winning Sales Culture; Motivating High-Performance Teams, Leadership Skills; and Average to Awesome - Owning and Leveraging Your Strengths. Nancy’s loyal clients are raving fans and range from the world’s largest global pharmaceutical company to several independent and national hotel companies, major industry associations as well as mid-size and smaller firms.
Approaching her eighth year as an adjunct professor at Boston University, Nancy teaches Strategic Marketing and Sales Management and also served as founding program chair and keynote speaker for Boston University’s Women’s Leadership Conference.
An indoor cycle enthusiast and two time marathoner, Nancy views life as an ongoing journey to pursue one’s passions and pay it forward. Nancy lives her beliefs every day by empowering others to leverage their strengths and spend less time worrying about what’s not working. In doing so she is creating an army of confident, inspired ninjas.
