Ett bands logo är något som följer bandet under hela deras karriär. Därför är det ofta viktigt vilken logo man väljer att ha till sitt bandnamn. Detsamma gäller eventuella maskotar eller symboler. Ofta blir de lyckade, många gånger ikoniska. Ibland är de mindre  iögonfallande och vid något enstaka tillfälle en ren katastrof. Följ med i botaniserandet kring den del av bandens image som inte är helt oviktig och ibland direkt avgörande för hur känt artistens varumärke blir.
