As if things weren't bad enough, the voluntary lockdown of partners & families in one home, with very little opportunity for stress relief, has resulted in an increase in cases of domestic abuse.

What can you do when you're not supposed to leave the house but you're being abused? Are shelters safe when we're not supposed to gather? What online or phone services are available? What can the police & authorities do to help?

Millions of funding have been released to prepare for a secondary scourge of abuse of loved ones, partners, children, elders, or even housemates while everyone is staying home to stop the spread. But much of the public messaging has gaps for people who are trying to stay home when home isn't safe. Rose Jardine and Michelle Budiwski (@butterflymbca) join host Liana Kerzner (@redlianak) to provide info on useful resources, survival strategies, and real talk for women and everyone else!
