In Südaustralien betreibt Tesla den größten Batteriespeicher der Welt und erweitert diesen gerade nochmals. Das Projekt Hornsdale Reserve wächst auf 150 Megawatt Leistung und 185 Megawattstunden Kapazität. Jetzt plant ein Energieversorger auf Hawaii ein noch größeres Projekt mit Stromspeichern von Tesla: Der Großspeicher wird 810 Megawattstunden Kapazität haben.
