IT'S OKAY TO NOT BE OKAY: If you're struggling during this Quarantine ALRP#134

It's okay too not be okay... I'm serious. It's okay to not have things together or to completely fall apart during this time. That is life. Life happens and we are forced (we get to) adjust. If things aren't going swimmingly for you and you're not baking banana bread one day and making a new stream of income the next... it's okay. Stop beating yourself up. Stop guilting yourself to be productive. And stop making yourself feel like shit cause its not actually helping you in any way. Start with listening to this podcast episode and go from there. Accept what you feel and where you're at and allow yourself to process it, grow and move the fuck on. Life is about progress!

 

Remember, this is your life. Your happiness is your number one priority. What makes you happy is different than what make other people happy. Focus on your blueprint to happiness/fulfillment and everything else will follow suit.
