I survived childhood trauma and abuse

I was always searching for love 

I was medicating myself because I wanted to be happy

To heal past wounds: 

1. Peer Support
2. Therapy - I created a list of why I needed therapy. My therapist was just a guide and I had to learn to trust my intuition. 
3. Self Development - Reflection on what can I control and break down the situation to the smallest pieces. 

 

Daily Rituals:

Coffee 

Love my kids in the morning 

Reflection 

 

Last thing that’s on my heart:

You’ve got this.
Whatever you went through you didn’t ask for it.
