Derek chats to current Northern Ireland Under 21 boss Ian Baraclough to look back at his career in the game.
Ian talks candidly about his playing career, from his Leicester City upbringing to starring for the likes of Grimsby, Lincoln, Mansfield, Notts County, QPR and Scunthorpe.
He also discusses his foray into management that's seen him take charge of the Iron, Sligo Rovers and Motherwell where he chats about the famous playoff win over Rangers and his disappointment he wasn't given more time at Fir Park.
Ian also tells us about his hopes of succeeding Michael O'Neill as senior boss of Northern Ireland.
