Dr. Paula Freedman is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice in Chicago, Illinois, where she treats adults with anxiety, addictions, and eating disorders, runs body image groups, provides psychological testing, and oversees the training and supervision for clinical psychology graduate students working in her practice. She is also the author of The Addiction Recovery Workbook: Powerful Skills for Preventing Relapse Every Day (Althea Press). Dr. Paula enjoys using mindfulness practices to help clients connect to their inner wisdom and feel more at-home in their minds and bodies.
