In this episode of The Food Files, Joe Ford of Shawnee Milling Co. in Shawnee, Oklahoma, discusses how his family owned business began in 1906 by his great grandfather and explains why his father is his role model. By being involved as a member of the Oklahoma State University Robert M. Kerr Food and Agricultural Products Center's Industry Advisory Committee, Ford hopes he can assist FAPC in continuing to provide opportunities to entrepreneurs across the state. Ford was appointed to the advisory board by the vice president, dean and director of the OSU Division of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources.
