Re-wiring your brain to change eating habits with Eugenia Nikiforow

Today I'm talking to Eugenia Nikiforow an Eating Psychology Coach and speaker.  

Eugenia is the founder of Mindfoodness - Eating Psychology Clinic and supports people to feel "normal" around food again by combining Nutrition, Psychology and Neuroscience. She is based in New Zealand and is working with clients all over the world. 

 

Eugenia openly shares her own journey in finding peace with food and her body, and the ups and downs of this. She talks about how she came to set up Mindfoodness and her groundbreaking programme that supports people to change their relationship with food sustainably.  Eugenia has a particular interest in the role of the brain and how habits are formed.
