Average White Band & Ben E King - A Star In The Ghetto (1977)
Chubby Checker - Karate Monkey (1966)

Electric Light Orchestra - In Old England Town (Boogie Number 2) (1973) I was an ELO fanatic at one time, and I remember very well that Roy Wood was not credited. Knowing what I know about that dyad, it is likely that Roy Wood did not want to be credited, for fear that his presence might somehow take away from the development of ELO as a Jeff Lynne concept, or whatever. This album, ELO 2, featured "Roll Over Beethoven", their first US hit.
David Geddes - Frankie, I'm So Sorry (1975) The tragic tale of a man teaching his girlfriend how to dance, only to watch her dance very well with other guys, including his friend, Frankie. Same album as "Run, Joey, Run". NOW you want that album. Ask Dan Lewis for his copy.
Gentle Giant - Another Show (1976)
Sha Na Na - Glasses (1972) John "Bowser" Bauman sings an original tune from the mostly original album "The Night Is Still Young".
Chicago - Got To Get You Into My Life (Live) (1975) Pretty show-bizzy version.
Helen Schneider - Rock 'N' Roll Gypsy (1981) The original version, "Rock 'N' Roll Outlaw" was recorded by Rose Tattoo.
Jeff Lynne - Doin' That Crazy Thing (1977)
John & Yoko w/Plastic Ono Band (really, Elephant's Memory) - Sunday, Bloody, Sunday (1972)
King Crimson - Fallen Angel (1974)
Les Humphries Singers - Kansas City (1974)
Michelle Phillips - Aloha Louie (1977) Is there a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band that had a less distinguished group of solo careers? It's like John Phillips' drug use and predilection for gratification was like a planet losing all its gravity in an instant.
Napoleon XIV - Doin' The Napoleon (1966) Lightning doesn't strike twice.
Hello - New York Groove (1975) Written by Russ Ballard, who also wrote "Since You Been Gone", "You Can Do Magic", "Winning", and too many to mention here.
