As an insightful startup backer, Shane’s portfolio includes companies such as Convoy, Prose, Impossible Foods, Universal Standard, Apostrophe, MeetMindful, MapAnything, VinePair and Smylen. Shane is also a prolific real estate developer and investor. From commercial shopping and industrial centers to residential buildings, he owns more than two dozen large-scale properties across the U.S.

He holds a degree in Computer Science from New York University, where he received the prestigious Barry M. Goldwater scholarship and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa academic honor society.
