Den 1. juli endte den ugelange folkeafstemning om en forfatningsændring i Rusland. De officielle tal viste, at 81 procent stemte for ændringer, som vedtog, at Vladimir Putin kan blive siddende på magten helt til 2036 - længere end nogen anden russisk hersker siden Ivan den Grusomme. Er dette enden på demokratiet i Rusland? Eller er det 'business as usual'? Hvordan påvirker dette Ruslands relation til omverdenen?

Ruslandsekspert og journalist i Weekendavisen Andrey Kazankov giver os et indblik i dagens Rusland og betydningen af forfatningsændringerne.
