A life of choice: The power of living in your truth and authenticity

My guest, Anya Romanova, reminds us that we always have choice...the choice to be courageous, to live free from secrets and shame, to give ourselves the permission to rebuild our identity as women and live in alignment with our values. She encourages us to challenge our addiction to being liked and pleasing others, and instead embrace the incredible transformation that can happen when we let go of those societal pressures that make us feel small.
