A homily for the Seventeenth Sunday in Ordinary Time (Year A), by Bishop Thomas Daly: Moral development can be said to be drawn from the “storeroom” of a person’s experience, ideally filled with the treasures of wisdom and example left by his or her parents, mentors, and role models. As we confront the dysfunction of society, we consider the morals gifts we have received and our responsibility to bear moral witness for future generations.
Recorded live at the 9 a.m. Sunday Mass, July 26, 2020
