I don’t really care for the “Self-Esteem” movement. I do think that how we treat ourselves really matters, and we should be honest about our strengths and weaknesses, but I’ve seen “Self-esteem” get turned into fake accomplishments, prideful comparisons, or practices that don’t work. So in this video I’m going to talk about 4 sources of self-esteem that will let you down, and one approach that has actually helped me become more at peace.
